The BFSS Vice-President publishes article on the Society’s place in educational history.

A recently published article by the BFSS’s Vice-President, Professor Richard Aldrich, reviews the place of the Society not only in British educational history but also in the educational histories of many other parts of the world.   Professor Aldrich concludes that:  “Throughout its 200-year history the Society has remained true to its purpose of spreading education and enlightenment, particularly to those in deprived situations, both at home and overseas.”
